Shankar’s “Nanban” had a 100-day run. There were rumors galore about the hero of his next film, some sources claiming that it is Surya and others saying it is Vikram. It was also believed that Shankar had approached both the actors . Keeping in view that the film will be a bi-lingual in tamil and telugu, there was news that the director had roped in Suriya as the hero.Now, the cat is out of the bag… it is Vikram. Chiyan , after finishing his shoot of Vijay directed “Thandavam”, will start working for Shankar’s film. Kapilan has already penned two songs.
